Jim Mocho & Jeff Mocho have been building office warehouse condominiums since 1998 when they and their partner at the time Hap Crawford won a NAIOP Vision Award for their building at 4915 Paseo Del Norte.  It was the concept of providing small business owners an opportunity to own their place of business that caused the project to win the award.  Since that time Jim Mocho & Jeff Mocho, CCIM have improved upon buildings and have built 14 buildings in Albuquerque and El Paso.  They have built most of their projects as Los Mochos’ LLP, and have also built projects with various other partners.  Ownership is no longer just for the large companies who build large buildings and capitalize on economies of scale.  Los Mochos’ LLP buys a larger piece of land, in a prime area, and builds larger buildings, to capitalize on economies of scale, and divides the buildings up so that the smaller companies can enjoy the benefits of ownership that larger companies have been enjoying for years.
