Completed Office Warehouse Condo/Construction Projects

Jim & Jeff Mocho, of Los Mochos LLP, have been involved in the building of 10 industrial condominium projects around the Albuquerque, NM area. They also completed a 74,000 sq. ft. office warehouse project in El Paso, TX.

These buildings along with the other buildings completed with other partnerships give Jim and Jeff Mocho an understanding of the industrial condominium market and what it takes to fill the need that is out there today.
