Joe Azar has been active in the business of commercial real estate since his graduation from Arizona State University in 1978. Joe has completed over 500 transactions with sales totaling more than $250 million. His 2003 transactions alone total in excess of $34 million. He creates value for sellers with his in-depth Albuquerque, Santa Fe market knowledge and his access to a pool of qualified investors and tax-deferred buyers.
Joe consistently obtains top market value for his clients' properties. With a marketing system that creates the broadest possible exposure for each property, he advises owners on precision market pricing and property positioning. Joe's clients have included Countrywide Mortgage, Albuquerque Tortilla Company, Delta Plan of New Mexico, DalTile and several large apartment community owners.
Particularly well-versed in the area of Section 1031 of the Internal revenue Code tax-deferred exchanges, Joe advises clients in all aspects of commercial real estate property sales, investment and leasing.
